Hi there.
In 2012 I graduated from the School of Information at The University of Texas at Austin with a Master's degree in user experience where my studies focused on usability, information architecture, and interaction design (with enough web development thrown in to be dangerous). Currently I am the UX design lead for the Advisor Services team at Charles Schwab where I get to use my design thinking skills to craft experiences that don't compromise on usability or security (never an easy task).
One of my favorite topics is rapid prototyping and I enjoy evangelizing its benefits as part of the iterative design process—if you're still working with static wireframes, you're missing out!. In between working on my own interactive prototypes, I enjoy teaching short courses and lecturing on Axure to both internal and external audiences.
If you'd like to know more about my work (and why it sometimes requires a helmet), feel free to drop me a line.
